His career spans global law firms, listed businesses, and complex regulated environments. He has led organisations through major incidents, regulatory investigations, M&A transactions, and board-level transformations.
He founded Alvearium Associates to make that quality of leadership available to organisations that need it – without the full-time overhead. Every engagement is led personally by Christian. There are no juniors fielded in his place.
